Chirayu Ayushman Bharat Yojana 2024
The goal of the Chirayu Ayushman Bharat Yojana is to provide the best facilities for financial and treatment. Before this scheme, 30 lakh “Ayushman Card” have already been made in Haryana. And now, under this scheme, Ayushman Cards will also be made for 8 lakh families of Haryana whose annual income is between 1.80 lakh to 3 lakh in the family identity card. To take advantage of this scheme, an annual contribution of Rs 1500 per family will have to be made. “Chirayu Ayushman Yojana Haryana” will play an important role in health improvement.
Important Instrucation
- चिरायु योजना (पीएमजेएवाई) के तहत सूचीबद्ध अस्पतालों में माध्यमिक और तृतीयक उपचार हेतु वर्ष 5 लाख रुपये के भुगतान किया जायेगा.
- चिरायु आयुष्मान भारत योजना का लाभ परिवार पहचान पत्र आईडी (पीपीपी आईडी) के जिन परिवारों की वार्षिक आय ₹ 1.80 लाख से ₹ 3.00 लाख तक इस योजना में शामिल किया जायेगा.
- लाभार्थी परिवार वार्षिक 1500 रुपये का मामूली योगदान-सह-पंजीकरण शुल्क का भुगतान करना पड़ेगा.
- लाभार्थी परिवार को 15 अगस्त से 31 अक्टूबर 2023 तक नामी योगदान-सह-पंजीकरण शुल्क का भुगतान अदा करना होगा।
- सफल सत्यापन और योगदान शुल्क के बाद, आयुष्मान कार्ड 01 नवंबर 2023 से सक्रिय हो जाएंगे जिससे लाभार्थी को आपूर्ति हॉस्पिटलों में उपचार के लिए सक्षम होने में सहायता मिलेगी।
