• इस स्कीम के लिए सिर्फ महिलाएं आवेदन कर सकती है। 
• आवेदन करता महिला की आयु 18 वर्ष से कम नहीं होनी चाहिए। 
• आवेदन करता महिला के घर में पहले से कोई गैस सिलेंडर का कनेक्शन नहीं होना चाहिए। 
• आवेदन करता महिला (SC, ST, OBC) केटेगरी और बी.पी.ए.एल परिवार से होनी चाहिए।
