• GJU Reappear Form 2023 Last Date (Without Late Fee) : 20 October, 2023
• Last Date With 500/- Late Fee : 27 October, 2023
• Last Date With 1000/- Late Fee : 31 October, 2023

Important Instruction:

• For all semesters system examinations, the exam forms of regular and re-appear students alongwith lists of the students and fee of all University Teaching Departments, Affiliated Engg. & Mgt. Colleges must be submitted to the University online as per the above schedule irrespective of the declaration of result of last exam. However, in case of re-appear candidates, no late fee shall be charged within 15 days of the declaration of the result including date of declaration of result. Thereafter, late fee will be charged as per above schedule.
• The examination fee once paid is neither refundable nor adjustable for any course or the subsequent examination under any circumstances. The examination form alongwith the examination fee once submitted shall not be permitted to withdraw.
• The fee, structure will be applicable as per University norms.
