The Government of Haryana has released the 1st official list of women eligible for the Lado Lakshmi Yojana program in towns and cities, district by district. Only women included in this list can access the program’s benefits. Detailed information on how to download the list is provided below.
Under this program, eligible women aged 23 and over will receive a monthly financial assistance of Rs 2,100 directly into their bank accounts.

Eligibility Criteria Details
- Permanent Residence in Haryana
- Program is open to married and unmarried women.
- Income Limit: Whose household income does not exceed Rs 100,000 are eligible.
- Age Limit: Between 23 and 60 years old.
- Family Id (PPP): Registered with the Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP).
- Non-taxpayer: Neither the candidate nor any member of her family should be subject to income tax.
- Exclusion from other programs: Already benefiting from a similar government financial assistance program are not eligible for this program.
Not Be Covered Women in this Scheme
Women who already receive a higher pension from one of the nine existing public pension plans are not eligible for this plan. However, women with the following conditions are eligible for additional benefits under this plan:
- Stage 3 & 4 Cancer
- 54 listed rare diseases
- Haemophilia
- Thalassemia
- Sickle Cell Anaemia
