HSSC Drawing Teacher (6/2006) Results Out

Brief Information: Haryana Staff Selection Commission written examination notice dated 20.10.2015 for the post of Art & Craft Teacher against Advt. No. 6/2006, Category No. 22 which was held/issued on 29.11.2015 in compliance of orders dated 20.02.2015 passed by the Hon’ble High Court in CWP No. 18482 of 2010 and thereafter re-examination notice dated 11.04.2017 (Which could not be held). And whereas Division Bench of Hon’ble Punjab & Haryana, High Court vide order dated 10.11.2020 dismissed LPA No. 359 of 2015 (O & M) titled as Vinod Kumar & Others V/S State of Haryana &Others and directed that the judgment rendered by Supreme Court in Ramjit Singh Kardam’s case (PTI Case) would certainly apply in the present case as well and now the SLP filed against the said judgment has also been dismissed
