- Stenorapher Grade-II – A degree of Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science or equivalent OR passed Matriculation/ 10th examination Punjabi as one of the subject. OR Skill Test : 80 wpm in English shorthand and 20 wpm in transcription of the same and having proficiency in operation of computers.
- Driver – Candidates must have 8th/ Middle pass with Punjabi/ Hindi as on of the subject. OR A valid license for L.T.V. with 2 Years experience of driving of car.
